By accessing or using Open TestPrep, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms apply to public practice pages, study guides, explanations, feedback tools, account features, and optional AI study help.

Open TestPrep provides educational study guides, practice questions, answer explanations, and optional AI study help for exam preparation. Public practice pages are available without an account.

AI study help requires login so usage limits and account-based access rules can be applied.

The site is for educational practice and self-study. It is not a substitute for licensing guidance from exam administrators, state rules, exam bulletins, statutes, regulations, or professional advice.

You are responsible for checking current requirements from the appropriate exam administrator, state agency, testing company, or certification body.

You may need an account for optional AI study help or other account-based features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate account information and must not attempt to access another user's account or bypass access controls.

AI responses may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Use AI study help as a learning aid, not as a final authority for exam requirements or legal, financial, medical, insurance, real estate, or professional advice.

Do not submit sensitive personal information through AI prompts. Do not use AI study help to cheat, violate exam rules, or request assistance with live exam content.

If you submit feedback, coverage requests, issue reports, or similar messages, you grant Open TestPrep permission to use that submission to operate, improve, and prioritize the service without compensation to you.

Do not submit unlawful, confidential, infringing, abusive, or sensitive personal information through the feedback widget.

You must not misuse the service, interfere with site operation, scrape or copy the site at scale, probe or attack the service, upload malicious content, bypass rate limits, or use the service for unlawful activity.

You must not use the site to violate exam rules, seek live exam answers, impersonate others, or infringe intellectual property rights.

Open TestPrep, including its site design, study materials, explanations, and practice content, is owned by Open TestPrep or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the site for personal study. You may not republish, resell, or mass-copy site content without permission.

Open TestPrep is independently operated and is not endorsed by or sponsored by any exam administrator, state agency, testing company, certification body, or trademark owner unless explicitly stated.

Names of exams, agencies, companies, or credentials may be used only to identify the subject of study materials.

We do not guarantee that any content is complete, current, error-free, or sufficient for passing any exam. We also do not guarantee that any topic, format, or difficulty level will match a future exam administration.

Study materials may change as the site improves or as requirements change.

We may update, remove, limit, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. The site may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or changes to infrastructure.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Open TestPrep disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Open TestPrep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, exam outcomes, licensing decisions, or reliance on site content.

We may update these Terms of Service as the service changes. The updated version will show a new last-updated date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
